This is a 2003 BMW 540i M-Sport.  For 2003, only about 2500 of these M-Sports made it to the US.  From our research, only about 23 of those that did come over came in Alpine White / Alpine Weiss.
 
This particular car started life as an  AW (Alpine White) on Tan Interior M-Sport.  We converted it to a complete M5 Interior with LMB / Black Sports seats and door panels. This included swapping out the Dash as well as the carpets, seat belts, etc.
 
In addition to the interior, we installed the following:
 
OEM M5 Side Mirrors with Power Fold Module + Switch Panel
OEM M5 Oval Rear View Mirror
OEM M5 Style 65 Staggered Wheels
OEM M5 BMW Graphite Interior Trim
OEM M5 Leather Sun Visors
OEM Hella Euro Headlights - Head Light Adjusters fixed and replaced.
DINAN Front Strut Bar DINAN Suspension W/ 80K Miles so far.
DINAN Exhaust tips W/ Muffler Delete
 
The car does needs a few things:
Hood Release Cable,  handle and Dead Pedal (I have the dead pedal on hand)
Front Bumper - It is cracked, but repairable.
 
The car is fairly priced for what it is. There are not many AW M-Sports out there.  The car runs great and shifts smoothly. We removed the lower oil pan to check the guides already and they were in good shape.
 
Sadly, if it doesn't sell, it will end up as a donor car. That just seems to be a waste of a nice car.  Hopefully it will find a good home. we thought we would offer first before making a final decision.
